Time and time again, Naughty Dog have proven to be one of the best innovators in the games industry as far as visuals goes. They set new benchmarks on the PlayStation 3 with the first three Uncharted games and The Last of Us. But with Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End on the PS4 they have taken video game graphics to an all new level. We recently covered the intricacies behind the technology used in Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End but the screenshots below this post show how far video games have come as far as graphics are concerned.
These screenshots posted by several Neogaf users use a number of different camera angles and effects that is only possible by using the game’s Photo mode. Furthermore, some screenshots also employ filters to make them look better or different compared to the original image quality.
Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End is by far one of the best looking games of this generation and sets a new benchmark for visuals on the PS4. Whether it looks better than DriveClub is a discussion for another day but for now take a look at these amazing screenshots below.
