Tom Clancy's The Division_Falcon Lost

The Public Test Server for Tom Clancy’s The Division, which is currently running update 1.4 of the MMO/shooter, will be updated later today and it continues Massive’s efforts to refine the game for the future.

Changes include damage decreases for NPCs between level 31 to 33 by 15 percent along with a decrease in their armour by 17 percent. Players will now be able to manage threat more realistically, which changes to the Ballistic Shield aid in.

Another compelling change is for Search & Destroy missions – enemies will now be Normal and Veteran rather than yellow-bar Elites. Weekly High Value and High Risk Targets which usually provide some of the better rewards will scale the number of enemies according to the size of one’s group. Furthermore, Named NPCs in the open world will now respawn every four hours rather than 24 hours.

It should be noted that there have been changes made to mid-bosses in Incursions and missions, like The Four Horsemen in Dragon’s Nest, as well as to bosses in missions and Underground. You can check out all the changes in the patch notes here.
