We finally know more about Mass Effect Andromeda, which mean that Bioware developers’ constant and incessant teases on social media are not as unbearable any longer as they were back when they still were not showing any gameplay (although, to be fair, they still haven’t actually shown us any gameplay yet…).
Over the last few week, Bioware’s Mac Walters, for instance, exulted over the level design of Mass Effect Andromeda, noting that the verticality in the levels opened them up even further. Finally, he teased character customization in the game, as well as two new Loyalty Missions, both of which apparently got reviewed recently.
It sounds like the game is coming along well, and that it is turning into something that fans should be able to enjoy. Mass Effect Andromeda is due out in Spring 2017 on Xbox One, PS4, and PC. However there is a chance that it may get delayed to fiscal year 2018.
I'm lovin how much jump and verticality have improved the openness of our levels. #ExplorersWanted
