One of the most intriguing things about Guerrilla Games’ upcoming Horizon: Zero Dawn is the protagonist- she looks to be every bit as enigmatic and mysterious as the world around her, and it should be fascinating to find out more about her. Guerrilla Games probably understand this just as well as anyone, which is why the new video that they just released delves into her past a little bit.

Aloy’s status as an outsider in her tribe is explored in this video, with us learning that a lot of her tribe members shun her and refuse to interact with her. Jeez, after something like that, I’d basically spend all my time trying to learn more about the murderous robotic dinosaurs that surround me, too.

You can check out the video for yourself below. Horizon: Zero Dawn will launch on PlayStation 4 exclusively on February 28, 2017 in North America, and March 1, 2017 in Europe and UK.
