Uncharted: The Lost Legacy Concept Art Evokes The Original Game In The Series

Uncharted's lost legacy.

The original Uncharted game – Drake’s Fortune – is a bit like a ‘lost episode’ of the Uncharted series, so to speak. While Among Thieves put the series on the map with rave critical acclaim, and Drake’s Deception and A Thief’s End both expanded and consolidated the series’ stature, the original game was a bit of a rough gem, exhibiting brilliant potential, but quite unremarkable otherwise.

Nevertheless, that game has its fans. And it is obviously responsible for spawning the franchise we are so in love with today. So it’s kind of nice to see Sony and Naughty Dog actually pay homage to that game’s, well, lost legacy with the new concept art shown off for the upcoming Uncharted: The Lost Legacy, the brand new single player Uncharted adventure starring Nadine and Chloe.

You can check out these screens with the concept art for yourself below. Uncharted: The Lost Legacy is due to launch exclusively on the PS4 this year. Naughty Dog insists that this one will be the final game in the series.
