It sounds like something related to Death Stranding will definitely be shown at The Game Awards this Thursday, because, on the heels of the announcement that Guillermo del Toro will be a presenter at the show, Geoff Keighley has confirmed that Norman Reedus (of The Walking Dead fame, and who was originally going to be in the Kojima helmed Silent Hills, before it was canned, and is now going to be in Death Stranding), and Hideo Kojima himself, will be presenting at the show.
Of course, it’s always a joy to see Kojima simply talk, so that’s good news to begin with- but if we also end up getting a brand new trailer for his Death Stranding, which we have seen nothing of for a year now, it will be hugely worth it.
The Game Awards themselves are going to be this Thursday evening at 8pm PT- what else might get announced there? We’re days away from finding out!
