The Exotic peddler Xur is still present in Destiny 2 for this week so head on over to the Winding Cove in the European Dead Zone to see what he has. Xur will remain in this area until the weekly reset on May 1st so hurry up.
Xur’s Exotic gear for this week includes the Young Ahamkara’s Spine (Hunter gloves), Mask of the Quiet One (Titan helm) and Wings of Sacred Dawn (Warlock chest), each for 23 Legendary Shards. Wings of Sacred Dawn is one of the pretty yet useless Exotics so skip that.
Young Ahamkara’s Spine only increases Tripmine duration and marks enemies damaged (no more additional Tripmine charge). Mask of the Quiet One at least provides melee, grenade and class ability energy when taking damage while granting health regeneration on Void ability kills.
As for the Exotic weapon, it’s Telesto, a Fusion Rifle whose pellets stick to a target and detonate after a short period. It costs 29 Legendary Shards and multi-kills will reload Kinetic and Energy weapons from their reserves. This is another step down from its Destiny 1 version which generated Orbs of Light. You’re probably noticing a pattern here.
