Shadow of the Tomb Raider has been getting a lot of new media lately- the other week, we got a trailer showcasing the game’s hub city, which will be the densest, largest, and most content packed hub the Tomb Raider series has ever had. Then last week, we got to see the opportunities for “treacherous traversal” that are afforded to Lara in this new game.
Now, here’s another new trailer, which shows us Shadow of the Tomb Raider‘s “stunning world”. It’s a short teaser showing us the game’s world, the variety of environments, and how they look- with the emphasis on that last bit, because this game looks fantastically gorgeous (and will probably shine on the Xbox One X, which is presumably where this footage was taken from).
Hopefully, the game ends up living up to the hype Square Enix is generating around it, and capping off the rebooted Tomb Raider trilogy well. Shadow of the Tomb Raider launches on September 14 for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
