Bethesda has finally dated the beta for Fallout 76. It starts on October 23rd for Xbox One players. PS4 and PC players will have to wait until October 30th to get their hands on it. Check out the latest trailer below, which is essentially the game’s official intro.

The only way to get into the beta currently is by pre-ordering Fallout 76. PC players will also need to create an account on Bethesda’s official website and access it through the Bethesda Launcher, since the game won’t be available on Steam. Xbox One and PS4 players will need Xbox Live Gold and PlayStation Plus subscriptions respectively to partake in the beta.

The beta will include the full game, and as such, it’s a 45 GB download. Pre-loading won’t be available, sadly, but at least PC players won’t have to re-download the game when it launches. Furthermore, the beta will be available for four to eight hours each day. Downtime will presumably be for tweaking things and fixing any issues.

Fallout 76 officially launches on November 14th for Xbox One, PS4 and PC.
