Insomniac Games has seen great success with Spider-Man on the PlayStation 4, selling 3.3 million units within just three days of its launch. However, the desire to see the game that helped influence it, namely Sunset Overdrive, on PC is still strong. Fortunately, after what seems like years of rumours, fans may finally be getting their wish.

The Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB) recently rated Sunset Overdrive for PC with an official description. It highlights the game’s excessive violence, suggestive themes, and drug references. Pretty much everything sounds like the Sunset Overdrive we know and played fervently back in 2014.

Currently available only for the Xbox One, a PC port for Sunset Overdrive has been requested for a long time. The question now is whether it comes exclusively to Windows 10, perhaps with Xbox Play Anywhere support, or supports Windows 7/8.1 as well. The latter seems like a long shot, but we can always hope.
