There’s less than a month to go till Far Cry New Dawn, the post-apocalyptic narrative sequel to Far Cry 5 launches, and the game has now officially wrapped up development. Raphaël Parent, technical director on the upcoming open world shooter, recently took to Twitter to announce that the game has gone gold. Though Ubisoft might (and probably will) still be working on ironing out bugs and the like, that’s going to be part of patches, and the game itself has now been sent out to be pressed on discs.

Far Cry New Dawn is set after one of the endings of Far Cry 5, and uses a retooled version of the same map of Hope County, Montana. As is always the case, the focus is very much on the game’s villains, the antagonist duo of twin sisters Mary and Lou. If you’re curious about how the game looks in action, check out some recently released gameplay footage through here.

Ubisoft also recently explained that Far Cry New Dawn will have light RPG mechanics, and talked about how these will function in the game. Read more on that through hereFar Cry New Dawn launches on PS4, Xbox One, and PC on February 15- head on over here to see if your PC can run it.
