Even if it’s world is mostly dull in terms of activities, RAGE 2 has quite a lot to offer in terms of secrets. Avalanche Studios, known for its amazing secrets in the Just Cause series, has applied the same magic here. Of course, with id Software also on-board (they developed the first person shooting, after all), there are several references to their games as well. Let’s take a closer look at 14 examples.

RAGE 2

Be careful what you wish for. When Tim Willits, the current studio director of id Software, was as an NPC, he didn’t want to be an imposing guard like originally planned. Sitting in a corner as some kind of “rat meat vendor” worked just fine. Except he’s sitting on a toilet, stroking a dead rat as others hang around. At least he thought it was funny.
