The next RPG from Spiders, Greedfall, got its release date reveal last week, and it joins an absolutely massive lineup of games coming out in September. Now they’ve released a new trailer to kind of go along with the aforementioned announcement that highlights several aspects of the game.
The game takes place in a fantasy setting based loosely on frontier and pioneer times, as opposed to the more standard medieval setting a lot of fantasy-based stories of this kind usually do. It features a pretty significant amount of customization options that you can see in the trailer below, as well as using old school musket guns strategically in combat. You get a glimpse of some of the diseased creatures you’ll have to put down as part of your journey as you contend with a mysterious plague- and every choice has a consequence.
Greedfall will release September 10th for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. You can check out the “release date” trailer below.
