Gears 5 Reveals Training Grounds Multiplayer Map

Gears 5 is going to be introducing a new multiplayer mode in the form of Escape, which you can read about here. But sometimes you’ve got to go back to just the classic multiplayer feel. The Coalition will be running a Tech Test soon, and in the meantime we got a look at one of the multiplayer maps that’s going to be very familiar to fans of the franchise.

The map shown in the trailer in a scenic fly by is Training Grounds. While the game will have a lot of great new content for the series, fans will recognize this as ruins of the House of Sovereigns. This map will be one of those available for the test that will run from July 19th-July 22nd.  Check it out below.

Gears 5 will be available for September 10th on Xbox One and PC. If you preorder the game, you’ll also have access to some cool Terminator content DLC.
