While most of the focus has been on Persona 5 Royal, the enhanced re-release of the best selling Persona 5, we can’t forget that another Persona 5 based title got announced not too long ago in the form of Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers. We’ve seen little from the game, and only know it’s a Musou based title (similar to Dynasty Warriors persumably) and being made in collaboration with Koei Tecmo and Omega Force. But very soon we should know more as in October the game will get a full reveal.

In classic Atlus fashion, they released a teaser for the reveal that shows us nothing substantial, only exclaiming that the Phantom Thieves will be leaving Tokyo, with an ending telling us to wait for October 24th. While it’s not clear exactly what it’s for, one assumes it’s a full reveal for the title. We’ll have to wait and see, though, because who can ever tell with Atlus.

That will come exactly one week before the Japanese release of Persona 5 Royal, meaning they will probably transition marketing from that to Scramble quickly, so we should see a good deal around that time. Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers will release for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch.
