Apex Legends’ newest event Voidwalker is now live and offers some additional lore on the teleporting Wraith. As the recent animated short story revealed, there’s more than one Wraith in the Apex universe. Venturing into the facility via a portal in King’s Canyon will help unravel some of the mystery. Check out how it plays in the trailer below.

Voidwalker will be available till September 17th and brings some new cosmetics, including a full suit for Wraith. There’s also a new limited time mode called Armed and Dangerous which contains only shotguns and sniper rifles. Loot in general is much harder to find as well so tread carefully.

Complete enough challenges during the event and within the new limited time mode to unlock new cosmetics. More content like another map change, a new Legend (which is apparently Crypto, as revealed at a recent GameStop conference) and the return of the Charge Rifle seem to be incoming for Season 3. Stay tuned for more information in the meantime.
