Gears 5 is coming fast, and a lot of people are going to get a lot of enjoyment out of it. We sure did, as you can read in our review here. The game is pretty easy on the eyes, too, being one of the best looking games out there. But here’s even more good news- more people than ever will be able to enjoy it, as the game managed to get a perfect score for the deaf and hard of hearing.

Can I Play That is a site that’s been rating the accessibility of games for those with hearing disabilities. They look at things like subtitle options, how many subtitles there are for key events, controller vibration ,and much more for those in that category. Gears not only managed to score a perfect score, it’s the first major “AAA” title that ever has on the website. You can read the whole review at the website through here, as well as their reasoning for how they came to their conclusion.

Gears 5 will launch on Xbox One and PC on September 10th. You can check out the pair of launch trailers in the meantime, one focused on gameplay and the other on mood in a wild cinematic.
