The gameplay is essentially leading up to the boss fight with the Scorpion Sentinel, which was debuted at E3 2019. It’s completely uncut so you can see how the fight progresses from start to finish. Character switching, abilities and overall combat are also demonstrated.

Final Fantasy 7 Remake is out on March 3rd 2020 for PS4. However, it’s only the first part in the series, up till the group escapes from Midgar. It will have its share of new content including some unseen moments from the Mako Reactor bombing mission. Stay tuned for more details on the game as TGS 2019 progresses.
