343 Industries recently announced that Halo Reach would be coming to PC and Xbox One on December 3rd. For current players of Halo: The Master Chief Collection on console, this will be the first time they can access reach. But for PC players, it will kick off the arrival of Halo games to PC after seemingly forever.

Once Halo Reach is out and about though, 343 Industries will be working to get Halo: Combat Anniversary Evolved out. Community manager Brian Jarrard told PCGamesN that a beta for the game is planned for after the holiday season. “Once Reach comes out next month, after the holiday, we will start to reset, and we’ll start to flight Halo CE. We’re just going to keep going down the road until we fill out the rest of the collection.”

Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary is currently planned to run at 60 FPS and 4K resolution. You can also expect an FOV slider, uncapped frame rate and so on. How long it will take to release commercially remains to be seen but 343 Industries is taking the slow and steady approach to avoid any issues.

Each Halo: The Master Chief Collection title will be available standalone for $10. Stay tuned for more details on the games, especially Halo Reach when it releases.
