While the community rages about time to kill changes in Battlefield 5’s multiplayer, DICE is pushing ahead with the next major content drop. The next chapter of Tides of War, Into the Jungle, is set to be revealed today. Check back below at 6 AM PST to see the overview trailer.
If the video’s thumbnail is anything to go by, Into the Jungle – as the name indicates – will head to the jungles of the Pacific Islands. Will that translate to more guerrilla warfare and close quarters fighting? Time will tell but we more maps and modes are pretty much a given.
Battlefield 5 is currently available for Xbox One, PS4 and PC. Its last major update, War in the Pacific, saw the US Armed Forces and Imperial Japanese Army join the conflict. It also added new pickups like the katana and M2 Flamethrower along with two new maps. Let’s see if Chapter 6 can meet that bar (and ideally fix the time to kill as well).
