The Division 2 - Episode 1 - D.C. Outskirts Expeditions

Ubisoft Massive’s first paid expansion for The Division 2, Warlords of New York, is out next week. So what better way to prepare than to return to Kenly College? The developer has confirmed that Expeditions into Kenly College will return tomorrow, offering players a chance to earn the Diamondback Exotic. All you have to do is finish three investigation areas.

The Diamondback Exotic is unique in that it marks a random enemy and provides a guaranteed critical hit if they’re shot. After this, another enemy is marked and when five marked enemies have been hit, the player gains 50 percent reload speed and 20 percent total damage for 15 seconds. If that weren’t enough, every shot fire is a guaranteed critical hit in that time frame. Reloading the Diamondback or a different weapon while the former is holstered also grants a bonus to armor.

If you don’t own The Division 2 and wonder whether it’s worth a try, you can pick it up for $3 on the Epic Games Store and via Uplay. It’s pretty cheap, especially considering the year’s worth of free updates added. Warlords of New York will add even more – like Lower Manhattan as a new region and an infinite progression system – so stay tuned. It’s out on March 3rd for Xbox One, PS4 and PC.
