Like Resident Evil 2, the remake for Resident Evil 3 contains a few lockers and safes that need certain codes to unlock. They require a bit of exploration but are otherwise easy enough to find. Here are all the lockers and safes along with how to find their respective combinations and codes.

Raccoon City Drugstore – First, go to Moon’s Donuts and look for a staircase to the right of its entrance. After going up, turn left and you’ll find a door – enter inside and look for the safe in question. To the left of it is the Drugstore Owner’s Manual. The code is indicated on an Aqua Cure poster located in the Redstone Pharmacy. Use the combination “9 left, 2 right and 7 left” to unlock the safe and receive the Dot Sight for the Handgun.

Raccoon City Police Station, West Office (1F) – Near the bottom of the stairs in the police station is a Dark Room. If you go inside, you’ll find a typewriter and storage box along with a memo that tells the safe code. The combination is “left 9, right 15, left 7” and rewards the Hip Pouch.

Spencer Memorial Hospital, Nurses Station (2F) – You’ll be investigating this location as Carlos so make sure to grab the item – the Dual Magazine for the Assault Rifle – from the safe before leaving. It will be unavailable if you come back as Jill.

First, you need to find the Locker Key and ID Card. Use the latter on the first floor’s Operating Room. Look for the sheet of paper labeled “Lost Items” – it’s located on a cabinet near the operating table. The combination listed is is “9 clockwise and 3 counterclockwise”.

Raccoon City Police Station, Shower Room (2F) – Another location that you’ll visit as Carlos, you first need to go to the Operations Room on the first floor. Look for a whiteboard with the code “CAP” on it. Head to the back of the shower room and use the code to open the locker and obtain the Flash Grenade.

Raccoon City Police Station (3F) – The last locker to open as Carlos, you need to go to the third floor to find the Safety Deposit Key. It’s on some boxes near the locker. Next, head to the Safety Deposit Room on the first floor and look for a photo on a whiteboard. The code “DCM” will be on it. Go back to the third floor to open the locker and receive 20 Assault Rifle ammo.
