After a couple of leaks over the past few months, EA have now officially unveiled Star Wars: Squadrons. The dogfighting title will be releasing later this year with VR support, and promises to deliver a different Star Wars experience from the sort we’ve seen over the last few years. If you’re playing on PC though, what sort of a rig are you going to need to run it?

EA have revealed the PC system requirements for Star Wars: Squadrons, for both VR and non-VR gameplay. For non-VR recommended requirements, the game will need either a Radeon RX 480 or a eForce GTX 1060. Meanwhile, if you’re going to play in VR, you’re recommended to do so with either a Radeon RX 570 or a GeForce GTX 1070. Minimum non-VR requirements are pretty tame, stipulating either a Radeon HD 7850 or a GeForce GTX 660.

You can check out the full VR and non-VR system requirements for the game below.

Star Wars: Squadrons is out for PS4, Xbox One, and PC on October 2. It will be playable in VR on PC and PS4. EA will be debuting gameplay footage from the title on June 18 at their EA Play digital show.
