After three delays and many years of waiting, it seems we’re finally approaching the launch of Cyberpunk 2077. Given the developer’s track record there would have been reason enough to get excited for CDPR’s upcoming RPG as it is, but everything that we’ve seen of Cyberpunk hints at a massive, ambitious game- which means anticipation surrounding the game is through the roof.
DEUS EX: HUMAN REVOLUTION
Cyberpunk 2077 has drawn a lot of comparisons to the Deus Ex series, and for very good reason. The Deux Ex games deliver large, sprawling, choice-driven role playing experiences in vividly imagined cyberpunk worlds, and many might argue that none of them does it better than the series’ 2011 revival with Human Revolution. Eidos Montreal’s blend of first person shooting, hacking, stealth, and narrative choices is damn near perfect, especially if you play the Director’s Cut.
