It’s not uncommon to see different studios under single umbrellas helping each other out for the development of major, large-scale upcoming games, and it seems the same is going on with the upcoming Halo Infinite as well. Though this isn’t information that hasn’t been officially acknowledged by any of the parties involved with the game, as pointed out by Timur222 on Twitter, it seems Gears of War studio The Coalition has been helping out 343 Industries with the upcoming shooter’s development.

This information comes to us from the LinkedIn profiles of a couple of developers. The first is Adam Bodden, who was a Level Artist at The Coalition until November of last year. His work experience lists Halo Infinite. Then there’s Hugo Gutierrez Mares, who was a VFX Artist at The Coalition until this past December. Under his work experience, he mentions having worked on Halo Infinite’s single player campaign and its cinematics.

It’s interesting that The Coalition’s development support for the shooter seems to be focused on the single player side of things rather than the multiplayer, though considering that fact that 343 Industries have been working on righting the ship where the campaign is concerned ever since the game was delayed, it does make some sense.

Halo Infinite is due out this Fall for Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and PC.
