Ratchet and Clank Rift Apart

A new trailer is available for Insomniac Games’ Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart, and this time the focus is on the story. Unlike previous trailers, this one sees Zurkon Jr. discussing the dimensional chaos that’s affecting the various worlds. Pocket Dimensions and Clank Puzzles are the result but ultimately, it’s Ratchet, Clank and Rivet versus the evil Nefarious.

Thanks to the Dimensionator’s destruction, various rifts have opened in space-time and separated Ratchet and Clank. While the former attempts to find his friend, the latter joins up with Rivet to lead the resistance against Nefarious’s regime. There are a number of new planets, old planets and alternate dimension versions of both to explore – learn more about that here.

Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart releases on June 11th for PS5. For more details on the various weapons and traversal methods that our heroes will be using, head here. Stay tuned for more details and gameplay in the coming weeks.
