Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous Trailer Showcases the Worldwound’s Trials

A new animated trailer for Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous is live, and offers a brief look at how the Worldwound can wear down the bravest of soldiers. Owlcat Games notes that the trailer is actually the plot of a community challenge that ultimately decided the fate of the Hero and their party. The result is ascension, for the better. Whereas Pathfinder: Kingmaker was all about building a kingdom from the ground-up, Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous is more of a war. The player ventures to the Worldwound where demons are spreading out through a rift in the Abyss. Leading a crusade into the mess, it’s your job to push the forces of evil back. Along with numerous classes and spells to choose from, Wrath of the Righteous provides new Mythic Paths that provide even stronger abilities.

Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous releases on September 2nd for PC via Steam, GOG and the Epic Games Store. The second beta is currently live for backers and offers a look at the final UI, weather systems and much more. Stay tuned for more details on the RPG in the coming months.
