Lost Judgment

En route to the release of Lost Judgment, Sega and Ryu ga Gotoku Studio have revealed the intro cinematic and official theme song “Rasen” by jon-YAKITORY and Ado. If you thought the opening and theme for Bandai Namco’s Tales of Arise was a banger, then it’s worth checking this out.

Lost Judgment is the follow-up to the Yakuza developer’s Judgment and once again followed lawyer-turned-PI Takayuki Yagami. After a trial for Metropolitan PD chief Akihiro Ehara results in a corpse being discovered in the Isezaki Ijincho district in Yokohama, Yagami is called in to investigate. The process involves infiltrating a school in Yokohama and posing as a teacher while gathering evidence.

Along with new School Stories and mini-games, the sequel also adds a new combat style, “Snake”, which emphasizes hard-hitting counter-attacks. Lost Judgment releases on September 24th for Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5 and Xbox One as a simultaneous worldwide launch. Stay tuned for more details on the title in the coming months.
