While developer Guerilla Games is currently hard at work on the upcoming Horizon Forbidden West, the studio seems to be already staffing up for its next project. A new job listing for a Project QA lead has been found on the developer’s website, which will be associated with an unannounced future project.

However, the most interesting bit here is that Guerilla Games seems to be actively looking out for candidates with a background in QA department for games that are ideally experienced with online, GaaS, or live service elements. Similar job listings have appeared on the developer’s website before, and it was reported that the studio might be working on a co-op open world title set in the Horizon universe. Another report claimed that the studio has also been working on a multiplayer project since 2018 led by Simon Larouche, though whether or not those two are one and the same is unknown for now.

It remains to be seen whether the job listing is related to this project, although it seems highly likely for now. Either way, most of Guerilla Games’ workforce will probably be invested in completing work on Horizon Forbidden West, which is due release on February 18, 2022 for both the PS4 and PS5.
