343 Industries’ Halo Infinite has been a massive success on both critical and commercial fronts, although its campaign did leave a lot to be desired in terms of functionality. Fans still can’t play the campaign in co-op, for instance, and while that feature is still a ways off, the shooter’s upcoming update will address some other issues with the campaign experience.

As revealed by 343 on Halo Waypoint, Halo Infinite‘s upcoming update will feature multiple campaign improvements, such as fixed Achievements, Quick Resume functionality, and improvements to inconsistent first-person animations. This mid-season update is currently in the certification process, and 343 Industries is targeting a February 24 release for it.

According to recent leaks, Halo Infinite‘s upcoming Forge mode will feature the ability to change biomes, weather, and more. There’s also a new game mode codenamed “Tatanka” that’s allegedly currently in development at Certain Affinity- read more on that through here.

Halo Infinite is available on Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and PC. Read our review of the game through here.
