Techland’s Dying Light 2 has been out for quite for some time, and even though it’s being loved and adored by a lot of people, the game has had some shortcomings in terms of performance on Xbox consoles. While the last patch on Xbox consoles added in support for 60+ FPS VRR, the developers have now released another new patch that fixes bugs on the platforms.
Specifically, the patch is pretty identical to the one which PC users got last week, with Xbox getting the fix for the death-loop bug, along with a backup-save system. Additionally, console-specific fixes such as input lag and controller connection issues while playing on Xbox Series X in high framerates, and fast travel has been addressed.
The patch is currently live for Xbox consoles, with the developers having announced the fix via an official post on the Dying Light Twitter account. You can also read about the changes down below.
