Capcom’s big countdown announcement may have come and gone, revealing Street Fighter 6 as its next big game, but it could have other things in the works. Alex Aniel on Twitter noticed that certain titles like Resident Evil: Code Veronica and Resident Evil Outbreak had seen some changes on the official History page.
The former seems to have received upscaled artwork and a new description. However, as Project Umbrella RE:Digest on Twitter noted, the assets for Resident Evil Outbreak appear to have been changed significantly. When asked if the source files had been re-rendered, the account responded that the textures at least look to have been updated.
While it’s a long shot, this could point to the company announcing a remaster for Resident Evil Outbreak (along with its standalone expansion Resident Evil Outbreak: File #2). Outbreak was mentioned in the infamous GeForce Now leak which revealed several titles that ended up being announced (like God of War on PC).
Nevertheless, take this with a grain of salt until an official announcement is made, especially with the Resident Evil 4 remake yet to be confirmed.

Looks like they've been touched up a little beyond upscaling. pic.twitter.com/UuyAqDOwRD
