Monolith Soft continues to release short gameplay clips and details for Xenoblade Chronicles 3 via its official Twitter (translated via DeepL). Gem Craft will be returning and allows Riku to craft Gems that can be attached to different characters. This can provide a number of benefits like Attack Power, Recovery Power and so on. It’s all familiar but welcome territory for fans.

Another tweet showcases the Talent Art for Mio’s Zephyr class. Gemini Strike allows for evading enemy attacks while drawing aggro from them. It’s a spin on the traditional tank formula where avoiding damage becomes the best way to tank it.

Xenoblade Chronicles 3 is out on July 29th, having been pushed forward from its original September release window. You can check out various improvements made to combat here. For more details on the story and its characters, along with some screenshots of the various locales, head here.
