Battlefield 2042 – Season 1: Zero Hour Goes Live on June 9th, Exposure Map and New Specialist Revealed

Two new stealth gunships, two new weapons, a Smoke Grenade Launcher, and a new Battle Pass are also included in the first season.

Battlefield 2042 - Season 1 Zero Hour

Electronic Arts and DICE have released the first gameplay trailer for Battlefield 2042 – Season 1: Zero Hour. It unveiled new helicopters along and Exposure, a new map set in a mountainous region. There’s also Ewelina Lis, the new Specialist who can use a Rocket Launcher to take down vehicles.

The new helicopters in question are the RAH-68 Huron and YG-99 Hannibal stealth gunships. New weapons like the Ghostmaker R10 Crossbow and the BSV-M Marksman Rifle have also been added along with the new Smoke Grenade Launcher. In addition, the Season 1 Battle Pass was revealed, which includes new Specialist Skins, Battlefield Currency, Weapon Charms, Takedowns and so on over 100 Tiers.

New gameplay content can be unlocked through the free tiers while the Premium tiers only include cosmetics. Season 1: Zero Hour goes live on June 9th for players on Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5 and PC. Update 1.0.0 going live today and adds several improvements, new XP events, and more.
