Spiders’ Steelrising is out in September but interested players can experience the game earlier. The PlayStation Store listing for the hack and slash, the action-adventure game has been updated with details on its Deluxe Edition and closed beta. Pre-ordering either version provides access to the closed beta which starts on August 25th.
The Deluxe Edition, known as the Bastille Edition, includes the base game along with the Cagliostro’s Secrets DLC which launches in November. The latter features a new area, new characters, a new boss and enemy class, and a new weapon with variants. You’ll also get the Caput Corvi pack, which provides a new outfit for Aegis.
Steelrising is out on September 8th for Xbox Series X/S, PS5 and PC. Set in an alternative late 18th century France, the story sees the automation Aegis fighting off King Louis XVI’s army of machines. For more details and gameplay on the story and setting along with combat, head here.
