Owing to major bugs, Blizzard has disabled the ability to pick Bastion and Torbjörn in Overwatch 2. While Bastion has been disabled in every game mode, Torbjörn is still available to play in Quick Play.

The reason for Bastion’s temporary suspension from the roster is a bug that allowed players to use the character’s powerful ultimate ability to rain down as much artillery on their opponents as they want, depending on the speed of their clicks.

Torbjörn’s bug, on the other hand, is minor in comparison; the character’s Overload ability can be timed to give players double the duration that the ability should allow.

Overwatch 2 was recently released on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch as a free-to-play game, and has seen a complicated launch, being hit with mass DDoS attacks and criticism from players for its phone number requirements and restrictions.
