We got an extended look at the upcoming Resident Evil 4 remake in Capcom’s recent Resident Evil Showcase, and unsurprisingly, came away very impressed with what we saw. And as has been the case with all mainline Resident Evil games in recent years, RE4’s impressive visuals and technical fidelity have really caught the eye. What kind of a setup will you need if you plan on playing the game on PC though? Those details have also been revealed.

Capcom has revealed the minimum and recommended system requirements for Resident Evil 4’s PC version, along with requirements for ray tracing on both settings. Interestingly enough, the requirements are almost exactly the same as they were for last year’s Resident Evil Village.

On minimum settings (1080p/60 FPS on performance mode), you’ll need either a Ryzen 3 or an i5-7500, along with either an RX 560 (4 GB) or a GeForce GTX 1050 Ti (4 GB), and 8 GB of RAM. For ray tracing, you’ll require either a Radeon RX 6700 XT or a GeForce RTX 2060.

Meanwhile, on recommended settings (1080p/60 FPS), the game will require either a Ryzen 3 1200 or an i5-7500 (same as the minimum setup), along with either a Radeon RX 5700 or a GeForce GTX 1070, and 16 GB of RAM. To enable ray tracing on recommended settings, you’ll need either a Radeon RX 6700 XT or a GeForce RTX 2070.

You can check out the full system requirements below.
