Cyberpunk 2077’s Update 2.0 revamps several mechanics, including the perks, but it’s Phantom Liberty where the new Relic tree resides. It unlocks powerful new abilities, like firing multiple explosive rounds with the Arm Launcher or teleporting to targets with the Mantis Blades. To get them, you’ll need Relic Points.

There are 15 Relic Points, but six are obtained automatically as part of Phantom Liberty’s main story. During the first main job, speaking to Songbird at the entrance to Dogtown confers three Relic Points. In main job 8, after calling her on the phone, you receive three more. That leaves the other nine to discover in Restricted Data Terminals. Here are their locations.

How to Find All Restricted Data Terminals

Relic Point #1

On the eastern side of town, where an Increased Criminal Activity is present, don’t go through the door where the enemies are talking. Instead, walk straight to the warehouse ahead and go upstairs to find this terminal. You’ll still have to contend with lots of enemies, so beware.

Relic Point #2

Travel southwest from the above-mentioned Increased Criminal Activity, ensuring you’re on the road. Once you reach the point where another building appears on your left, go underneath the road to discover a Restricted Data Terminal and Relic Point.

Relic Point #3

Another Increased Criminal Activity is present in the southeast edge of the district, where a large space shuttle model is visible outside. When you go inside and defeat the boss, the right side up the escalator leads to the loot stash. However, if you go up on the left side, you’ll discover a terminal next to the mannequins. Be careful of all the enemies here – clear out the activity first to explore unhindered.

Relic Point #4

Travel to Kress Street, and instead of going ahead to the Increased Criminal Activity where all the enemies are, explore the building to your right. You’ll find a Tourist Information terminal – keep walking straight from there, and eventually, you’ll find the Restricted Data Terminal.

Relic Point #5

This requires going inside the area of the Increased Criminal Activity near Kress Street. After taking or running past the enemies in the front, go right to enter the facility and down towards the left underground. Run past or eliminate enemies in the tunnel until you emerge in a large room with lots of crates.

Look to your left to see a locked door. You can open this with 15 Technical Ability. Otherwise, jump down and explore further to the left until you see an Exit vent. Open it and go right, then straight and another right until you see a ladder. Climb it to enter the previously locked room and claim the Relic Point from the terminal.

Relic Point #6

Travel southeast of the Increased Criminal Activity near Kress Street until you discover a parking garage. Look for a yellow staircase on the left-hand side and climb up, then take a left. Go straight past the wreckage to reach the terminal on the other side.

Relic Point #7

Go southwest outside the Heavy Hearts club (the giant neon-lit pyramid) towards a building complex. You should find a staircase on the outside. Go up and take a right to jump on the scaffolding nearby. Double-jump up and scale the ruined equipment further upwards until you find a wrecked vehicle. Climb on top of it, and you should see the terminal ahead.

Relic Point #8

Located in the Black Market. Fast travel to the EBM Petrochem Stadium or go there on foot and go to the back of the area, sticking to the upper right-hand side. Near the end, look towards your right past some arcade machines, and you’ll see some scaffolding. Move past it to reach the eighth terminal.

Relic Point #9

To the north of the Heavy Hearts club is a ruined building with a second floor. Go towards the staircase (near the garbage bin) and up. Take a left at the top and keep going straight to the end. Then take a right – the terminal is around the corner.
