After many rumors and months of waiting, Atlus’s Persona 3 Reload is finally available for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5 and PC. It’s also playable on Game Pass and serves as a remake of the 2006 classic available on PlayStation 2. Check out the launch trailer here.

In Persona 3 Reload, players control Makoto Yuki as he attends Gekkoukan High School. While things seem normal, he eventually discovers the existence of Shadows during the Dark Hour. After awakening his Persona to fight them off, Yuki and his classmates form the Specialized Extracurricular Execution Squad to investigate the mysterious tower, Tartarus, and stop the Shadows.

Persona 3 Reload features revamped visuals, a new voice cast, new tracks (coupled with a new opening) and quality-of-life improvements over the original. It doesn’t feature The Answer from Persona 3 FES or Kotone Shiomi from Persona 3 Portable, but the former is reportedly coming as post-launch DLC. Stay tuned for more updates in the coming months.
