Nintendo has added some new titles to Nintendo Switch Online, and they’re all from the NES era. Subscribers can now play Donkey Kong Jr. Math, Mach Rider, The Mystery of Atlantis, SOLAR JETMAN, COBRA Triangle, Urban Champion, and Golf. Check out the release trailer below to see them in action.
Donkey Kong Jr. Math may sound odd at first, but it’s as the name implies – the gameplay of the classic platformer combined with addition, subtraction, multiplication and more. COBRA Triangle is a vehicular combat title with 25 stages where players venture through the titular location to wipe out dangerous monsters.
Golf is a best-selling title programmed by former Nintendo president Satoru Iwata, featuring 36 holes to clear. Mach Rider is another vehicular combat title but set in the future, with ten sectors to clear and even an Endurance Course to test your skills. The Mystery of Atlantis offers side-scrolling action based on the mythical civilization and offers 100 zones.
SOLAR JETMAN provides some shoot ’em up action as players battle aliens and recover pieces of the Warpship, with the added twist of transporting them. Finally, there’s Urban Champion, the first 2D fighting game developed by Nintendo. Stay tuned for more updates on other additions to Nintendo Switch Online in the coming weeks.
