Dead Island ships 3 million copies

Posted By | On 23rd, Dec. 2011

Dead Island was released this September and was met with decent reviews. Looks like it’s been selling really well too. Publisher Deep SIlver recently told Game Informer that their first person zombie action game has now shipped 3 million copies, up from the 2 million it shipped in its launch month.

“Dead Island has sold very, very well over the holiday season and we are thrilled that it has sustained a robust level of sell-through since launch in September,” marketing & PR boss Aubrey Norris said.
