Excitement surrounding Dragon Age: The Veilguard continues to mount, and with the long wait for the fantasy action RPG set to end a little over a week from now, we now also seemingly know when exactly to expect its reviews to go live.

As per Insider Gaming’s Tom Henderson, the review embargo for Dragon Age: The Veilguard will lift on October 28, a few days before its release, which means we can expect the first official reviews for the title to be published a week from now.

Dragon Age: The Veilguard went gold earlier this month, which means BioWare has been in the final stages of pre-launch prep for most of this month. Whether the studio will be able to see that period out with strong reviews from critics at the end remains to be seen.

Dragon Age: The Veilguard launches on October 31 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
