January has only just started, but there’s ample hype for next month’s releases, especially Warhorse Studios’ Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. After going gold in early December, global public relations manager Tobias Stolz-Zwilling revealed that review codes would be dispatched in “the next few days.”
The exact timing is unknown, but Stolz-Zwilling said they would arrive “four weeks ahead” of the game’s release. Interestingly, he also said to expect some “(final) first impressions” next week, which could mean new previews based on select portions of the review build.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 launches on February 4th for PC, Xbox Series X/S and PS5 (with the launch date brought forward by one week). It features 4K/30 FPS and 1440p/60 FPS graphical modes on consoles alongside support for PS5 Pro on release.
On PC, it requires an Intel Core i7-13700K or AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D, 32 GB RAM and a GeForce RTX 4080 or Radeon RX 7900 XT to run at Ultra settings. Head here for more information on the system requirements.
