Lost Soul Aside

With Lost Soul Aside launching in just a few days, Ultizero Games has confirmed a Day 1 patch, which it strongly recommends downloading first before playing.

It includes several improvements to performance optimization and stability alongside “visually enhanced effects” and audio refinements. Overall, it offers the “final polishing and gameplay upgrades” for a “complete adventure.” Which isn’t to say that it isn’t completely unplayable without the patch – physical copies are currently in the wild after breaking street date – but it should be interesting to see the difference.

Lost Soul Aside launches on August 29th for PS5 and PC, arriving almost a decade after starting development. Starting with a single developer, the action RPG is one of the first titles under PlayStation’s China Hero Project, and has even gone on to influence other developers.
