While a reveal stream for Destiny 2: The Edge of Fate’s major update, Ash and Iron, is coming tomorrow, Bungie has also released a short trailer for the same. Players return to the Plaguelands from Destiny: Rise of Iron and must reclaim it in a new activity. Check it out below.
Other new content in this update includes Dungeon Lairs for Pinnacle Ops with Pit of Heresy, Duality, and Warlord’s Ruin showcased. A new Exotic mission, “Warsat Heist,” will also be added with what looks to be a new bubble mechanic and hordes of Vex. Call to Arms returns with some new weapons, including a lever-action slug shotgun, and players can seemingly focus them.
And for those who enjoyed the axe from Rise of Iron, a new variant is seemingly introduced, perfect for smashing through enemies. The Ash and Iron update goes live tomorrow, likely after the reveal stream, so stay tuned for additional details on the new activities and weapons.
