Almost a year after first unveiling Zoopunk, TiGames has released a new trailer for the action game, this time around showing off more of the gameplay. The trailer, which you can check out below, is a minute and a half in length, and also shows off some of the character dynamics between the game’s various protagonists.
The core narrative of Zoopunk seems to revolve around a never-ending war between machines and animals, and the description of the trailer notes that “Machines advance, animal folk endure.” The end of the trailer indicates that there might be some deeper issues at play, however, since the machines are also controlled by animals.
Zoopunk is being developed for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S, and doesn’t yet have a release date. The splash screen at the end of the trailer also indicates that the title might include enhancements to take advantage of the stronger hardware on the PS5 Pro. Details will likely be revealed as we get closer to launch.
The action game was unveiled back in November 2025. Developed by the team behind F.I.S.T.: Forged in Shadow Torch, players will take on the role of one of the Animal Folk as they set off on a quest to hunt down an enigmatic object known only as the “Spark”.
The original reveal trailer for Zoopunk came under quite a bit of scrutiny due to accusations of generative AI use. TiGames was quick to deny these allegations, however, and said in a statement that the only use of generative AI in Zoopunk is as a tool available to players who want to create their own custom content for the game.
