When Rogue Factor delayed Hell is Us for Nintendo Switch 2, it also announced that the major update had been pushed back. However, it seems to have reversed course on the latter, because the update is out now on Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC, with a new trailer celebrating the same (and two million players, up from 1.5 million last month).
If you’re expecting a laundry list of features, well, don’t. The update fixes a memory corruption issue that affected saves and collisions across various maps, but it’s all about the ten new Hollow Walkers. As seen in the trailer, there’s a new hooded enemy that takes after Remy, wielding dual blades and attacking swiftly.
Another has wings that let it swoop forward to attack with its legs. Yet another walks around on all fours, each limb bladed for maximum effect. And if that wasn’t enough, burly Hollow Walker awaits with a devastating ground slam. Others are yet to be detailed, but suffice it to say that you’ll have your hands full.
Hell is Us is available for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC. Check out our review of the base game to learn more. Barring any further delays, it launches on October 27th for Nintendo Switch 2.
