Kinect’s Technology heading to the TV and PC soon?

The VP of the Tel Aviv based company that worked on the Kinect tech, PrimeSense, have stated that Kinect’s technology will also be made for your PC and TV.

Adi Berenson, the VP of PrimeSense, talked with Engadget and told them that they have a deal to integrate the new technology into PC’s and TV’s by next year.

Though it won’t be exactly Kinect looks wise, it will still feature two 640 x 480 camera sensors, yet it appears that the motorised tilt and voice recognition will only be on the 360.

It will be very cool to switch between channels on your local TV, just like Microsoft demoed on their new Dashboard.
