Focus Entertainment, Tindalos Interactive and 20th Century Games have released a new trailer for Aliens: Dark Descent, the upcoming squad-based, real-time action strategy title. Physical and digital pre-orders are live, with the title costing $39.99 on all platforms and the Lethe Recon Pack offered as a bonus.
The trailer is also worth watching since it showcases new tactical gameplay and horrors. A new breed of Xenomorph, seemingly fused with a human, is also teased. Of course, a Synthetic is also showcased at the end and might be a threat.
Aliens: Dark Descent is out on June 20th for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, Xbox One, PS4 and PC. It’s an original story set in the Aliens universe, as players recruit and upgrade Colonial Marines while traversing persistent environments. You can issue commands to your squad with five different classes to choose from, though beware, for death is permanent. Stay tuned for more updates in the meantime.
