Certain character traits will be determined by where people lived
Your surroundings determine your character. While this also rings true in the real world, Ubisoft implemented this in Watch Dogs, which I think is a stroke of genius. In certain Open world games, many people behaved the same way, which I thought was totally weird, because different parts of the city would have a different type of people. But in Watch Dogs depending on where you go, you will be greeted by different people who can either be very aggressive or helpful, or both. In gang related areas, the player would have to be on their toes and their finger on the trigger, because anything can happen at a moment’s notice, which I think is a very cool feature.
